WSU Giving Day Returns on April 7

Wayne State has been an institute of opportunity since it was founded in 1868. Giving Day connects the entire community - on campus, in Detroit, and around the world - during this period of school spirit and generosity.

On April 7, we invite you to join forces with fellow Warriors to help fund the areas of the university that mean the most to you.

Giving Day supports our deserving students, brilliant faculty, groundbreaking research and critical urban programs - and donations in support of the event go farther thanks to matching fund challenges made possible by key university supporters.

Last year, more than 1,717 donors raised half a million dollars to support students, faculty, research, diversity and inclusion - which supported more than 100 causes across campus.

The Wayne State University community is grateful for all who participated last year and sets hopes on making an even bigger impact this year. Our donors giving stories are inspiring and prove that when we Give Green, Wayne State's future will Be Gold.

Get ready to make a bold impact with your gift on April 7 by visiting givingday.wayne.edu.
