• How do I join the Alumni Association?

  Once you graduate from Wayne State, you are automatically a member! The WSU Alumni Association is a dues-free organization that does not require registration. Our programs and services are available to all alumni, but please make sure we have your updated contact information on file so we can tell you about upcoming opportunities. 

• How can I be more involved with the Alumni Association?
  • Attend a local or regional event.
  • Register for the volunteer program.

  • Learn about other ways to connect with your alma mater. 
• How do I request a OneCard?

  New and replacement Alumni OneCards are free when requested through the Alumni Association. Once requested, Alumni OneCards will be mailed within six to eight weeks. Visit the Alumni OneCard page to request a new or replacement card.

• How do I get a copy of my transcript?

  The Office of the Registrar has detailed information about requesting your transcript. Transcript requests can only be processed through that office. 

• How do I order a replacement diploma?

  If your diploma has been lost or damaged, you can mail a request for a replacement using the replacement diploma or certificate order form. 

  • Your replacement diploma should be mailed to you in approximately two weeks.  
  • Replacement diploma requests cannot be honored if you have an outstanding financial obligation to the university.
  • The Alumni Association cannot process replacement diploma requests. If you have any questions, write to studentservice@wayne.edu or call 313-577-2100.

   

• How can I become an alumni volunteer?

  Register for our volunteer program and you'll receive updates about different opportunities as they become available. 

• How do I apply to WSU Graduate School?

  Detailed information about the graduate application process, including program requirements and deadlines, is available on the Graduate School admissions website. The $50 graduate application fee is waived for WSU alumni. 

• How do I contact the university if I have other questions that are not alumni related?

  Visit wayne.edu or call the university operator at 313-577-2424.
