Wayne State University Legislative Advocates are alumni and friends of the University who are willing to convey the importance of Wayne State to public policy makers in Lansing. This informal network contacts legislators, writes letters to the editor, attends legislative town hall meetings and other meetings with community leaders and elected officials, and attends lobby days and rallies.

Warrior Ambassadors

 

Wayne State Warrior Ambassadors act as liaisons in their part of the state. They assist the Alumni Association with volunteer recruitment, volunteer management, attend legislative events in their area and attend a yearly training session and lobby day in Lansing.
