Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Wayne State University Alumni Association.
The board consists of 12 members, each elected to a two-year term. Each year, six new directors are elected. Board members must be members of the alumni association and annual donors to the university.
The senior director for Alumni Relations acts as executive director and board secretary and is liaison between the university and the alumni association.
